This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed on our website are processed, shipped, and delivered.

As all our magazines are custom-designed and personalized, delivery timelines include both production time and shipping time.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All products offered by WishMag are personalized and created based on the photos, messages, and details submitted by customers.

Processing Timeline

  • Design and production time: 1–3 business days.
  • During festivals, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your magazine is completed and approved (where applicable), it will be packed and dispatched through registered courier partners or other reliable delivery services.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Orders are generally shipped and delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment, unless otherwise communicated at the time of purchase

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location
  • Courier partner operations
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

WishMag shall not be liable for delays caused by courier companies, postal services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any shipping charges paid during the order process are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

WishMag may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

WishMag shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

After verification, if the issue is found to be due to an error on our part, we may provide a replacement or applicable refund in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Verified claims are generally reviewed within 48 hours.
