WishMag is a personalized magazine gifting platform operated by Jeet Enterprises.

As all our products are custom-made and personalized according to customer-provided photos, names, messages, and other details, our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy is outlined below.

1. Personalized Product Policy

All magazines sold on WishMag are personalized and custom-designed based on the information, photos, messages, and content submitted by the customer.

Due to the customized nature of our products:

  • Returns are generally not accepted.
  • Exchanges are generally not available.
  • Refunds are generally not available once the design process has started.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information, photos, and details are accurate before placing an order.

2. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests will only be considered before the design process begins.

Once our design team has started creating your personalized magazine, the order cannot be cancelled because work and resources have already been allocated to the project.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing the order.

Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the current status of the order.

3. Design Approval

Customers may receive a design preview for review and approval before printing or final delivery.

By approving the final design, the customer confirms that all names, photographs, dates, messages, and other content are accurate and complete.

WishMag shall not be responsible for errors that were present in the approved design.

4. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Wrongly Printed Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during delivery
  • Defective
  • Wrongly printed
  • Incorrectly personalized due to our mistake
  • Different from the order placed

you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Our team will review the complaint and verify the issue.

If the issue is found to be caused by WishMag, we may provide:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A partial or full refund, where applicable

Verified requests will be reviewed and processed within 48 hours of verification.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, replacements, exchanges, or returns will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Incorrect photos, names, dates, messages, or information submitted by the customer
  • Customer dissatisfaction based on personal design preferences after approval
  • Errors that existed in the approved design
  • Minor colour variations caused by screen settings or printing processes
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
  • Failure to respond to design approval requests within the required time

6. Return and Exchange Eligibility

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returned products are generally not accepted.

Exchange requests will only be considered if the delivered product is found to be:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly printed due to our error
  • Different from the confirmed order

All exchange requests are subject to verification by our team, if your exchange is approved the product will be delivered within 7-10 days.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact the courier partner first.

If additional assistance is required, you may contact us and we will help investigate the issue with the shipping provider.

8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refunds are generally initiated within 48 hours of approval.
  • The credited amount may take approximately 5–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment service provider.
